Emergency management school

This affiliate school is responsible for preparing, developing and re-training the special public servants who will manage disasters, extinguish fires, prevent accidents and rescue citizens. The personnel who are prepared at this school are trained by the request of the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia. The Emergency Management School currently has 3 faculties and 12 faculty members. Included in the 3 faculties are the Firefighting Faculty, the Disaster Management Faculty and the Economic and Resource Management Faculty. Approximately, 40 professional courses are taught at this school and a bachelor’s degree in “Emergency Management and Disaster Prevention Service” is offered.

The faculty members of this affiliate school have a goal of becoming one of the leading institutes for preparing the most flexible and skilled personnel. They intend to do this through reaching the levels of international institutes by employing the best professionals and by acquiring the latest training equipment.
